Privacy

The short version. This website is a set of ordinary web pages that describe our classroom resources. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no forms, no analytics, no ads and no chat, and we ask you for no personal information. We set no cookies, and our host sets none on these pages.

What this website is. Rubric & Ruler makes classroom resources. This site describes them. They are sold on TeachersPayTeachers, a separate website with its own terms and privacy policy; the buttons here open it.

What we do not collect. We do not collect names, email addresses, ages, grades, school names or anything else about you through these pages. We run no analytics, advertising, fingerprinting or tracking tools of ours. These pages load no scripts, fonts or images from other websites. These pages do not save anything in your browser's storage.

What our web host records. Like every website, this one is served by a hosting company, Cloudflare. When any device opens a page, the host's servers record ordinary technical details of that request, which can include the IP address it came from, the date and time, the page asked for, and the type of browser. What the host records and keeps is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. The host's own visitor-analytics feature is switched off for this site. This is a standard part of how the internet works. It happens before any of our pages run, and we cannot switch it off. We do not use these records to identify, follow or profile anyone. The host controls how long it keeps them; its policy is at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. An IP address can identify a school network or a home connection, so we are telling you.

Links to other sites. The TeachersPayTeachers buttons leave this site. What that site collects is governed by its own policy.

Contact. To reach us, ask a question on any of our product pages in the Rubric & Ruler store on TeachersPayTeachers. Please do not send us students' names, photos, work or other details about a student. Questions asked on TeachersPayTeachers are held and shown under TeachersPayTeachers' own terms and privacy policy, and we do not copy them anywhere else.

Changes. If we ever add anything that collects information, this page will change before the site does, and the date above will move.
